Sera Naiqama is an Australian rugby union player. She plays Lock for the Wallaroos at an international level, and for the Western Force in the Super W competition.
Naiqama is a remarkable athlete with an indomitable spirit, representing the epitome of sporting excellence. Born to a Fijian family in Australia, Sera's journey in the world of sports began at an early age, shaped by a childhood filled with endless hours of playing alongside her brothers.
Raised in a sport-loving household, Sera's passion for athletics flourished, particularly in the realm of rugby. Her formative years were marked by a deep-rooted love for the game, nurtured by the unwavering support of her family. It was during her school days that Sera discovered her exceptional talent for Rugby Sevens, a game she wholeheartedly embraced and thrived in.
As her skills developed, Sera transitioned seamlessly from the Sevens format to the rigorous challenges of the 15-person game. Initially finding her place as a winger, her natural abilities quickly caught the attention of coaches and teammates. With an innate drive for growth and adaptability, she seized an opportunity to showcase her versatility in various positions, ultimately establishing herself as an impressive force in the second row.

Stephen Moore AM, former Wallabies captain and Australian rugby union legend, had a distinguished international career spanning thirteen seasons. He debuted for Australia in 2005, earning 129 Test caps, and captained the Wallabies in 26 Tests, including leading the team to the 2015 Rugby World Cup final. He holds the Australian record for most Test caps as a hooker.
In 2019, Moore was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for his service to rugby union and charitable organizations. His career highlights include participation in multiple Rugby World Cups and achieving his 100th Test cap.
Beyond his rugby achievements, Moore has also built a successful corporate career. He has held significant roles in the business sector, leveraging his leadership and strategic skills developed on the rugby field to excel in professional environments. His post-rugby career has focused on advisory and management roles.
Stephen is currently Managing Director - Queensland at BMS Group. He also holds the position of Director of Stadiums Queensland and is on the Board of Trustees at Brisbane Grammar School.

Tom Court had a distinguished career as an international rugby union player and a formidable athlete, winning multiple Australian University Games championships in shot put and rowing with the QAS. At 23, he played his first rugby match, quickly making an impact for UQ in the Premier Grade Grand Final, earning a QLD A call, representing Manawatu in the NPC, and debuting with the Queensland Reds in the Super 14 all within 18 months.
With an Irish mother, Tom was then offered the opportunity to move to Belfast on a full-time professional contract. Over the next decade, Tom earned 154 caps with Ulster and 32 with Ireland, won the 2009 Six Nations Grand Slam, beat the Wallabies during the 2011 Rugby World Cup, and experienced European Championship final heartbreak. In 2013, Tom was selected as player 807 for the British & Irish Lions tour in Australia. His club career continued with London Irish, where he helped secure an English Rugby Championship in 2017 before retiring at 36, later making a comeback in the UQ Premier Grade Grand Final in 2018.
Transitioning to coaching and strategic partnerships, Tom has leveraged his unique experience and postgraduate expertise in organisational and performance psychology to drive key industry and government initiatives in urban design, sustainable infrastructure, transport, tourism, and digital innovation.

Pat Howard, born in Sydney on November 14, 1973, is a distinguished figure in Australian rugby, with a legacy that spans playing, coaching, and sports administration. Following in the footsteps of his father, Jake Howard, and grandfather, Cyril Towers both Wallabies. Pat then went on to carve his own path in the sport. He earned 20 caps for the Wallabies between 1993 and 1997, showcasing his skills as a centre and fly-half.
At the club level, Howard's career included significant stints with the Queensland Reds, ACT Brumbies, Leicester Tigers, and France's ASM Clermont. His tenure with Leicester Tigers was particularly notable; after playing from 1998 to 2001, he returned as head coach and led the team to a Premiership title in 2007 joining the Premiership Rugby Hall of Fame as the youngest coach to win the English Premiership, and the only person to be Player of the Year (01) and Coach of the Year (07).
Transitioning from the field to executive roles, Howard served as General Manager of High Performance at Rugby Australia and later at Cricket Australia, where he oversaw team performance and contributed to multiple World Cup victories. His business acumen was further demonstrated as CEO of MSL Solutions, where he significantly increased the company's market capitalization.
Currently, Howard holds the position of Executive General Manager at the Australian Sports Commission, focusing on strategy, commercial development, and innovation. His multifaceted career reflects a profound commitment to excellence in sports, both on and off the field.

David Paice (born 24 November 1983) is a former professional rugby union player and current Property Development Manager based in Brisbane, Australia. Born in Darwin and raised in Brisbane, he began his rugby journey with Souths Rugby Club and attended Brisbane State High School. In 2003, during a gap year in England, he joined the London Irish academy, marking the start of a distinguished 15-year career with the club. Paice made a record 290 appearances for London Irish, scoring 29 tries and serving as captain during their 2016–17 promotion-winning season.
Internationally, Paice qualified for England through his Scottish-born Father. He earned eight caps between 2008 and 2013, including a notable victory over New Zealand in 2012, and contributed to England Saxons' Churchill Cup wins in 2007 and 2011.
After retiring in 2018, Paice returned to Brisbane with his wife and two daughters. He briefly played for Brisbane City in the National Rugby Championship before transitioning into the property sector. Currently, he serves as a Property Development Manager at Brisbane Airport Corporation, overseeing Industrial and commercial developments across the airport precinct.

Former Rugby Union player Nathan ‘Sharpie’ Sharpe is one of Australia’s most decorated rugby players. When he retired as captain of the Wallabies in 2012 he was Australia’s most-capped forward with 116 tests and the second most-capped player ever. He was involved in Tri- Nations, multiple International trophies against all key Rugby Union rivals, Bledisloe cup wins as well as 3 x Rugby World Cup campaigns, running very close to a win in Sydney in the 2003 final. His durability saw him become the most-capped player in Super Rugby history with 154 games for the Queensland Reds and Western Force. In his final year of international rugby in 2012, he was awarded, for the second time, the prestigious John Eales Medal, for Wallaby Player of the Year.
With his long list of distinctions and awards, Nathan Sharpe has left an indelible impression on the game. Not only was Nathan has been actively involved in the world of Rugby Union for fifteen years but he was also actively involved in the media and, as a result, has developed powerful communication skills and people management skills during this time. Nathan is now actively involved in the Resource and Construction sector as a director of Talisman, a specialist mining services group supplying ESG advisory, mining advisory, mining operations expertise, team membership and frontline leadership development solutions to the mining sector throughout Australia. The Talisman team present to business and industry on a team development and leadership skills curriculum, derived from high performance sporting environments with a practical approach to maximising your teams capability. Covering leadership, change management and team membership and leadership culture, Nathan combines his on field experience and business knowledge to deliver sessions that benefit companies and their operations at the work face.

James Horwill, born May 29, 1985, in Brisbane, is a former Australian rugby union lock best known for captaining the Wallabies and Queensland Reds. He debuted for the Reds in 2006 and led them to a historic Super Rugby title in 2011. Earning 62 caps for Australia, he captained the national team during the 2011 Rugby World Cup and the 2013 British & Irish Lions series. In 2015, Horwill joined English Premiership club Harlequins, where he played until his retirement in 2019. He later earned an MBA from Cambridge University and played in the Varsity Match. Passionate about rugby development, he joined the Queensland Rugby Union Board in 2024. Known for his leadership and on-field presence, Horwill continues to contribute to the sport beyond his playing career. He now lives in London with his wife and remains active in sports and community engagement.
