Jackie has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, animal health and biotechnology working in business development and senior management/CEO roles with several ASX listed companies including Starpharma, CSL, and Faulding (now part of Pfizer). Her experience spans vaccines pharmaceuticals, drug delivery, generics, oncology, anti-infectives & devices, as well as veterinary products. Jackie is the former CEO of ASX listed Starpharma Holdings and under her leadership she played a key role in Starpharma's commercial deals across their portfolio with leading international companies including AstraZeneca, Merck, Genentech, Lilly, Aspen Italfarmaco, Okamoto as well as the development and sale of agrochemical rights to Agrium Inc. for $35 Million. Jackie has more than 15 years of experience as a non-executive director and is currently a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Mirrabooka Investments Ltd. and has served on the board of the Melbourne Business School for more than 10 years, including 5 years as Chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.

Donna Findlay has worked for State Governments for more than 15 years, advising several Ministers across the education, roads and public transport, infrastructure, and treasury portfolios.
Key achievements include the design and delivery of the Brumby Government’s $38 billion Victorian Transport Plan and the successful $9.7 billion Port of Melbourne 50-year lease.
Donna was instrumental in funding infrastructure projects including the level crossing removal program, Melbourne Metro Rail Tunnel and other major road and rail infrastructure projects in Victoria.
As a senior department executive Donna has been in key roles such as the development of the former General Motors Holden (GMH) site at Fishermans Bend, assisting with the Victorian Government’s COVID-19 response and recovery and the design and development of the 2020-21 Victorian Budget Jobs Plan.
As Executive Director, she is responsible for the CarbonNet Project and was appointed the Quarry Approvals Coordinator to assist with timely regulatory approvals across the quarry sector.
