Liz was appointed as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer in 2024
As EVP & COO Liz leads Woodside’s projects and business operations for Australia, focusing on optimising value across the portfolio and throughout an asset’s lifecycle.
Liz joined Woodside in 2023 as Executive Vice President Australian Operations, responsible for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of Woodside’s portfolio of assets across Australia.
Prior to joining Woodside, Liz most recently held the role of Chief Operating Officer at EnergyAustralia, where she had broad leadership responsibilities across sustainability; Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE); procurement and the operations of EnergyAustralia’s generation portfolio.
Liz had a 25-year career at ExxonMobil working in Australia, the United Kingdom and Italy, including a secondment in 2013 to Adriatic LNG as Managing Director. Her roles spanned strategic planning, operations, project management, and safety, technical and commercial leadership.
Liz holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Melbourne University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Australia’s most highly awarded soprano, Emma Matthews performs with all the Australian opera companies, orchestras and festivals, and is Head of Classical Voice and Opera Studies at West Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Perth. She has won seven Helpmann Awards, nine Green Room Awards, the Remy Martin Australian Opera Award and Limelight Awards for Music Personality of the Year and Australian Artist of the Year.
Her repertoire includes the title role in The Cunning Little Vixen (Royal Opera House, Covent Garden and Opera Australia); for Opera Australia: Lulu, Lakmé, Lucia di Lammermoor, Partenope, (title roles); Amina (La sonnambula), Philomele (The Love of the Nightingale), the four heroines (The Tales of Hoffmann), Violetta (La

Kim Tran, known as Perth’s “Skin Whisperer,” is the founder and CEO of La Belle Peau Skin Clinic. At just 19, she became the youngest graduate in Cosmetic Dermal Science from Curtin University. Her remarkable journey from a Vietnamese migrant to a thriving entrepreneur exemplifies perseverance, earning her prestigious accolades such as National Telstra Business Woman of the Year and WA Business News’ 40 Under 40 before the age of 30.
La Belle Peau consistently garners awards, including Australian Clinic of the Year and Therapist of the Year, underscoring Kim's dedication to skincare and her mission to empower clients, particularly teenagers battling acne.
As the ambassador of the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science, Kim is a regular contributor to global beauty columns and is renowned for pioneering advanced non-surgical treatments that rejuvenate the face without injectables.
Her diverse career reflects her drive to solve observed challenges. Since launching her entrepreneurial journey in 2007, she has ventured into construction, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and is currently the Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of Rai Energy & Agriculture, which became the first to produce bioethanol in Western Australia.
Kim's contributions to community and international relations were recognized with invitations from then-Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and former Foreign Minister Julie Bishop to help strengthen ties with Vietnam.
