Cyber resilience is frequently cited as one of the biggest challenges that organisations face today.
At the same time, organisations face the need to understand and incorporate emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. But what happens when cyber and AI come together? AI can be a fantastic new tool to help thwart cyber-attacks. But AI also opens up new cyber risks that we haven’t had before.
In this talk, Professor Jon Whittle, Director of CSIRO's Data61, will explore whether AI is a net benefit or net hindrance in our battle with cyber-criminals which will be followed by a panel discussion.
Join us as our expert speakers examine how the intersection of AI and the evolving landscape of cybersecurity open new frontiers in digital defence.

Ade has over 35 years of experience in data driven analytics. Mainly supporting clients to understand the information they collect about their customers. This frequently involves developing new methodologies which harness the ever-changing technical landscape used to capture and leverage data. As technological development frequently outpaces legal governance, Ade has also learnt how to strike a “common sense” balance between what can be done and what should be done specifically in the ‘grey areas’ of the legislation.
