The Australian British Chamber of Commerce was pleased to host a private boardroom lunch in Perth with special guest Her Excellency Dame Sarah MacIntosh DCMG, British High Commissioner to Australia.

Dame Sarah MacIntosh DCMG is the British High Commissioner to Australia and Head of the United Kingdom’s Oceania Network, appointed in April 2025. She previously served as Deputy National Security Adviser and Prime Minister’s Adviser on Foreign Affairs (2022–2024) and as the UK’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to NATO (2017–2022).

It was an honour to host a substantive and insightful discussion, highlighting the depth and strength of the Western Australia-United Kingdom relationship. Dame Sarah provided thoughtful perspectives on the ongoing collaboration between our regions, from shared strategic interests in defence and energy to mutual commitments in innovation and sport.
