Queensland Government Procurement Seminar
On 1st September 2017, the QLD Government introduced the Queensland Procurement Policy 2017 also known as the “Buy Queensland” policy. The policy will be fully implemented by 1st March 2018.
The new procurement strategy applies whenever the Queensland Government purchases goods and services, commissions major projects and infrastructure, or builds schools, housing and other facilities. The policy has some potential consequences for UK trading companies seeking to work for the Queensland Government.
We have therefore secured a private and exclusive opportunity for you to hear first-hand from the QLD Government. At the seminar there will be an opportunity for UK firms to understand how best to plan for tenders and an opportunity to ask questions.
