Australian British Investment Catalyst
The launch event in Canberra will feature an afternoon economic briefing with British High Commissioner, His Excellency Paul Madden CMG and former Trade and Competitiveness Minister The Honourable Dr Craig Emerson. In the evening delegates will be invited to attend a reception with the Parliamentary Friends of the UK and a formal dinner with our special guest Robert Milliner, the B20 Sherpa.
Mr Milliner will speak to the role of the B20 and the views of that forum in the lead up to the G20 meeting in Brisbane in November. In particular he will give an overview of the key economic outcomes and how the B20 view they may be achieved.
The fee for this event includes attendance at the launch event in Canberra, plus one of the two events in either Melbourne or Sydney 2015. Having received a significant amount of interest for next years events, we want to ensure we can hold your place open.
These events will be a precursor to the ABIC Business Mission to the UK in late September/October 2015. This trip will include briefings, forums and related events in London*.
