New to 2016, Cafe Opera has designed the Deluxe Seafood buffet to incorporate a wider selection of Blue swimmer crab, Balmain Bugs, cooked Queensland spanner crab and New Zealand green lip mussels to name a few.

For added opulence, the Deluxe Seafood Buffet lunch includes unlimited sparkling wine and is available across the Easter weekend.

Not to be complete without the dizzying selection of sweets, you will find hunted milk chocolate toffee apples, Wonderful crème brulee, hot cross bunnies and marble cakes.

The family will also delight in a little surprise with a special Easter treat for children dressed in their Mad Hatter best.
